  3. We have been told that tickets are free. However, on the Korean language website for the event it says tickets have been available to order since September 6. They are now considered "sold out" but they have held 1000 tickets that will be available starting at 2 pm today (2 tickets per person max). People are already lining up so chances are slim that you can get them unless you have all day to hang out.

  4. Hi I'm not able to set off until 4:30pm and was looking to take a taxi to the stadium. However, I've heard that cars and taxis won't be allowed access to the nearby roads. Is this true? If so, where is the closest place possible to be dropped off nearby?
